How does the process work?
Book a free consultation with us to start. At the conclusion of the consultation, our founder will quote a final price for services and present the standard contract. You can contract our services on a one time or continual (retainer) basis. Upon signing, you have started the streamline. Our formulated system ensures that your needs as a business owner and legal practitioner are addressed. All in partnership to support your firm's success.
Do you provide alternate services outside of business consultancy?
Our other main service a variety of paralegal services for any small firm. We also have a notary public and a Spanish translator available.
Do you service individuals?
Our company's services are solely for solo attorneys, immigration firms, or attorneys with firms who are expanding to provide immigration services. If you are an individual looking for immigration services, please seek legal counsel. We are not a law firm nor can we offer legal advice regarding an individual's legal status within the US. If we receive such calls, we will give requesting individuals a list of consenting attorneys that we are currently affiliated with, including an EOIR approved list of free legal services.
What happens if a filing is rejected?
We will remit a $50 refund if it is found that due to our company error, a case filing was rejected.
Confidentiality Policy
Cases from different firms are kept strictly confidential. Only individuals who contact our line who are not currently represented by an attorney will be given the voluntary attorney referral list. During your consultation, you will be asked if you would like your firm to be part of that list. All cases' electronic copies are organized and stored on an external drive not connected to a network, and separated by firm and numbering system to ensure that your files are never misplaced, misidentified, or hacked. And you will always have access to a backup copy of your case files - deleted at your request.
